簡介
職位：IT 支援代理
工作時數：每週 15 小時
工作時間：美東時間 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- 通過電話、電子郵件或幫助台工具為用戶提供遠程 IT 支援
- 排查硬體、軟體和網絡相關問題（Windows/macOS）
- 設置和維護電子郵件帳戶、日曆和文件共享系統（例如：Outlook、MS Teams、GoDaddy）
- 協助使用 EMR（電子病歷）軟體並解決用戶問題
- 實施和維護 數據安全標準，以符合 加拿大 PHIPA 同等指導方針
- 確保妥善處理和保護客戶和病人的敏感信息
- 執行其他指派的臨時行政或技術任務
