- 安裝、配置及部署用於公共汽車運營的硬體和設備（路由器、閉路電視、GPS、POS、平板電腦、檢查員隨身攝影機）。
- 進行例行檢查和維護，以確保系統有效運作。
- 排除硬體和連接問題（現場或遠程）。
- 支援現場團隊的技術問題和服務請求。
- 維護IT設備、維修和更換的庫存和記錄。
- 協調第三方供應商提供維修和支援服務。
- 提供設備部署、配置和維護的文檔。
- 進行系統性能檢查並報告重複出現的問題。
- 在系統推出、升級或變更期間提供支援。
- 協助軟體安裝和更新。
- 確保系統遵守數據和操作安全標準。
