Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Your role involves meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing projects related to Office 365 deployments and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: You are responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Office 365 environments, requiring quick thinking and strategic decision-making to maintain system integrity.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with various departments to align Office 365 solutions with business needs, promoting seamless collaboration and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding team members on best practices, sharing expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the IT/Support team.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, optimizing Office 365 functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on utilizing Office 365 tools effectively, ensuring a seamless user experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Office 365 in enterprise environments with diverse user bases.
  • Holding advanced certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI integration in Office 365, automation tools, and knowledge of industry-specific software.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling IT operations, global deployment of Office 365, or implementing process improvements.
  • Active participation in industry conferences/trainings.
  • Proficiency in additional languages to facilitate global collaboration if required.
