JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of Tax schedules (VAT, Withholding Taxes – Compensation and Expanded, Fringe Benefit Tax)
• Preparation of BIR Form 2307 to consultants and other service suppliers.
• Request of BIR Form 2307 from paying companies.
• System entries of MMP transactions, Bereavement, SSS Sickness/Maternity Benefits, PHIC, HDMF, NSW/NSR and Payroll.
• Aging of E-Card Purchases
• Entry of Payroll Recurring Deductions (PRD) to I-Pay and CHRIS system.
• Creation, Update and Extension of SAP Customer Account ID
• Creation of SAP Vendor Account ID for resigned employees
• Initial review of SCRF (Terminal Pay/Gratuity Pay)
• Prepare Adjusting Journal Entries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• With at least 1-3 years and above experience in the same field
• Basic knowledge in SAP and MS Application
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work onsite at Pasay City
