簡介
- Design the Leadership segment of Store Operations Training Program
- Document stakeholder feedback and recommendation for program enhancement
- Design certification process for store trainers and SAPB1
- Create training materials/manuals/templates (Store Trainer's Manual, Store Trainee's Workbook, Coaching Plan Template, Improved Training Task Checklist , Digital SOTP Logbook)
- Review, help gather feedback, analyze and give recommendations for the updating of the Store Operations functional competencies
- Assist in the creation of materials and workbooks for Leadership Essentials (LE) & Enhanced New Employee Orientation (NEOP)
- Drafts the coordination of project correspondences
- Assists in gathering, consolidating and analyzing stakeholder feedback on iterations and giving recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years combined experience in instructional design (specifically on program design and training material creation), L&D process development (specifically on internal certifications), competencies, and project coordination
- Experience in designing or assisting in the design of learning programs / journeys is required
- Experience in creating instructor's / trainer's manual is required
- Experience in Canva and Office 365 is required
- Experience in converting instructor-led trainings to self-directed approaches is an advantage
- Experience in being part of a learning platform installation/cascade is an advantage
- Acceptable written and verbal communication skills - knows and demonstrates basic grammar (non-negotiable); writes / communicates comprehensively / logically
- Above average organization skills; has a "systems" mindset - thinks in big picture, sees how one connects to the others thus is able to anticipate things and act on it
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
