What You Will Be Doing

• Revolutionize Payroll Operations: Lead and manage payroll for a large workforce of over 5,000 employees with precision and compliance.
• Drive HR System Automation and Innovation: Implement payroll solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Transform HR Shared Services: Oversee Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Data Management, and more.
• Lead Payroll and Offboarding Teams: Ensure seamless payroll processing, labor law compliance, and accurate benefits administration.
• Be a Strategic HR Leader: Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, refine, and elevate payroll and compensation strategies.
• Navigate Labor Union Relations: Manage negotiations related to payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Experience: You have managed payroll operations for over 5,000 employees and have a strong grasp of labor laws.
• HR System and Payroll Automation Expertise: You have implemented SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar payroll solutions.
• Labor Union Knowledge: You understand how to navigate and negotiate in unionized environments.
• Leadership Excellence: You have led high-performing teams and driven HR transformation projects.
• Strategic Thinker and Problem-Solver: You thrive on optimizing processes and ensuring payroll compliance.
