Position: Cantonese Service Desk

Company Industry: IT-BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 115,000

Work Set-up: 100% Work On-site

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

  • Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software
  • Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email chat, and web from clients.
  • Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles.
  • Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
  • Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.

职位要求

  • Open to Filipino & Fil-Chi who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese and English.
  • Open to College Undergraduates and Bachelors graduates in computer science or other related courses.
  • Open to Foreign Nationals who have permanent visas.
  • Have experience troubleshooting software and hardware tools/computers.
  • Having troubleshooting skills is a big advantage.
  • Have experience resolving IT Issues via phone/chat or emails.
  • Basic understanding of the operating of Windows 7 & 10 systems is a plus.
  • Good communication (written & oral), presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player.
