- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person promptly and professionally.
- Assist players with account-related issues, including registration, login, and password recovery.
- Provide information about promotions, games, prizes, and rules to players.
- Handle complaints or disputes efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when needed.
- Process payments, withdrawals, and other account transactions accurately.
- Monitor player accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
- Educate players on responsible gaming practices and offer assistance when needed.
- Stay informed about new games, features, and promotions to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical or account-related issues.
職位要求
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or gaming/entertainment industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and customer records.
- Knowledge of gaming, bingo, or entertainment industry operations is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
