Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Advertising & Promotions (A&P) Budget Appropriations (BA), ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of payments.
  • Handles requisitions for office supplies, assets, and necessary materials for the department.
  • Ensures timely routing and return of documents for superior’s endorsement and approval.
  • Prepares, monitors, and endorses Free Flight Certificates (FFCs) and requests merchandising materials for marketing activities.
  • Monitors budget spending on travel (BTAs) and other department expenditures.
  • Manages intern recruitment needs and coordinates with HR for screening candidates.
  • Ensures adherence to AQS/ISO requirements and maintains safekeeping of office supplies and assigned items.
  • Liaises with service providers for Fun Flights prizes and monitors inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year college graduate
  • 0 – 3 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
