ob Summary: The HR Associate will support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, Benefits administration, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding: Conduct background checks, manage pre-employment documentation, and help facilitate onboarding orientation.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in HMO enrollment and Medical LOA endorsements. Manage leave requests and ensure accurate tracking of employee leave balances.
- Admin: Maintain physical employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare and process HR vendor payment requests. Assist in completing local Gov't compliance requirements for the agency.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to report to Makati office 3x/week.
