JOB OBJECTIVE

Be an integral part of our HR & Recruitment Team by supporting various HR functions and playing a key role in the talent acquisition process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels, as well as maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct resume screenings, assess qualifications, and match candidates to the requirements of specific job openings.
• Coordinate and facilitate various assessment tests for candidates.
• Conduct verification of employee medical certificates by communicating with external parties to ensure authenticity.
• Assist with employee benefits including the renewal of our company's contract as well as individual enrollment and deletion of life insurance and HMO plans.
• Organize the pre-employment medical examinations of new hires.
• Handle any additional tasks relevant to the role.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, BS Human Resources Development Management, or other related courses.
• Prior work experience or internship in recruitment within a BPO setting is a huge plus.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Highly reliable and strong work ethics.
