Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Participate in recruitment process
Process government benefits such as HDMF/SSS Salary Loan Applications, Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement, PhilHealth ER2 (H.O), SSS R1A (H.O), BIR applications (1902, 1905, 2305), and others.
Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Conduct payroll processing.
Manage employee relations programs, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Ensure compliance with DOLE requirements and prepare necessary reports.
Provide support in performance management and employee evaluations.
Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and enforce HR and administrative policies, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Plan, organize and control activities and actions of the HR/Admin department.
Annually review the Employee Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.
Manage time clocking system for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
Coordinate with Finance Department in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Organize company events and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent
