  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. They also handle the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 
  • Employee Relations:
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. 
  • Performance Management:
  • Implementing performance reviews, setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues. 
  • Training and Development:
  • Overseeing employee training programs, including performance management, skills development, and career planning. 
  • Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. 
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. 
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. 
  • Policy Development:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 
  • General HR Support:
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
